TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment
All orders require full payment at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We accept all major credit cards. Once an order is successfully placed, payment is processed immediately and cannot be modified.
Select services may be paid in installments, subject to approval and outlined terms at the time of booking. Installment arrangements must be completed in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our clients and our brand, CELEBUTON maintains strict fraud-prevention measures. Any attempt at credit card fraud or theft of merchandise will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If the billing address differs from the shipping address, additional verification may be required. This may include completion of a credit card authorization form and submission of supporting documentation. Should this be necessary, a CELEBUTON representative will contact you promptly before your order is released for shipment.
Business Hours & Communication
Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Clients may contact us via email at any time regarding order inquiries or service-related questions. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response during operating hours.
Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday.

Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

During promotional periods or sales, orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Due to increased demand, sale items may require additional processing time.
