FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
SHIPPING
Business hours are Monday through Friday 11-5pm. You can email us at info@celebutonhair.com order status. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond, We normally ship Monday through Wednesday. Please allow each order 5 days for processing. After your order has processed then it will ship. We can not control any delays from carriers. Local pick up orders are available for pick up on Saturday’s before 3 p.m. Sale orders will be shipped in the order in which they were received. Sale items may take longer to ship due to volume sales and demand. Sale items like Black Friday or Cyber Monday can take up to 4 weeks.
For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partners. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee that there will not be slight variations in hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2.
At CELEBUTON we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged in India. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at Celebutoninfo@gmail.com Fill out the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in it's original packaging). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final if the package has been shampoo, colored or not in the condition it was shipped NO REFUNDS!
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Please Note: prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
PRE ORDERS
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines/windows on pre-orders are detailed in the product description. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.
Please check your confirmation email for details on when pre-order items will ship. Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order and limited edition items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
A few things to note when purchasing a pre-order item:
- Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
- If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
- Pre-order timelines vary based on product. Please refer to the product description for estimates on when the item you’re ordering is intended to ship.
- The date listed on the product page is an estimation based on details from the merchandise provider and can vary depending upon demand.
- Details regarding delays are communicated when information is provided by the vendor. If an update has not been provided, we don’t have the information readily available yet.
There’s absolutely No refunds on preordered items.

CELEBUTON reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
